Coffee and peanut butter smoothie

- 400 ml vanilla-flavored vegetable milk
- 2 ripe pre-frozen bananas (sliced and frozen at least overnight)
- 1 large full tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or a little more if you like sweeter)
- 200 ml brewed Franck Jubilarna coffee
- a bit of coconut whipped cream
Put all the ingredients (except whipped cream) in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds, until smooth.
Garnish with coconut whipped cream if desired.
