"Fluffy" cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Franck café cappuccino Classic, Vanilla or Chocolate 
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1.5 dl of cognac or brandy
  • 1.3 dl of coffee liqueur
  • 1 dl of rum
  • Whipped cream and grated chocolate for decoration

Preparation:

Put the first four ingredients into a large bowl. Place the bowl on high heat and stir until the mixture almost boils. Remove it from the heat, add the remaining ingredients and stir. Pour the beverage in pre-heated cups or glasses and decorate with whipped cream and chocolate.
