Coffee with white chocolate and brandy

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 10 g of white chocolate
  • 3 teaspoons of brandy
  • 4 cups of vanilla extract
  • 4 cups of freshly made Franck café Classic cappuccino
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation:

Put the milk on the stove and add a vanilla bean. When it boils, remove it from the heat and add white chocolate while stirring. Mix at slow speed until chocolate melts completely. Stir in brandy and vanilla extract and cook on moderate heat. Mix until it becomes thick and soft. Pour hot Franck café Classic cappuccino into cups. Add the white chocolate mixture on top. Sprinkle with powder and serve.
