Chocolate and rum cream


  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 4 spoons of rum
  • 125 g of melted milk chocolate
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cups of sweet cream


  1. Mix sugar and rum, add melted chocolate and stir until it becomes smooth. 
  2. When the mixture cools down, add whipped egg whites. Then slowly stir in the sweet cream that you previously whipped with a mixer.
  3. Leave it for 2 hours in the fridge before serving it. Serve in sherbet glasses.
