- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 4 spoons of rum
- 125 g of melted milk chocolate
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- Mix sugar and rum, add melted chocolate and stir until it becomes smooth.
- When the mixture cools down, add whipped egg whites. Then slowly stir in the sweet cream that you previously whipped with a mixer.
- Leave it for 2 hours in the fridge before serving it. Serve in sherbet glasses.
